Please note that by browsing our website or placing an order via the Stuart Cantor Photography Shop you are bound by the following terms and condition. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME

We are a custom made to order business. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of those prints which form part of a limited edition series (we endeavor to ensure all products listed on our website are available).

We estimate production time of up to 4 days for unframed prints, and between 3-4 weeks for framed prints. Should you require your art more immediately please contact [email protected]

PRICING

We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. You must pay the advertised price for your jurisdiction. If geo-pricing is not adhered to our team will contact you to offer you the right to purchase your product/s at the correct price, or alternatively your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping or delivery charges are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase. If you have not selected the correct shipping terms our team will send a correction invoice which must be settled before delivery.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

Payments made via the Stuart Cantor Photography website are processed using a third party payment gateway, Shopify. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. Stuart Cantor Photography is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, please ensure you aware of the cost of these fees before you make your purchase.
