STUDIO RESET FAQ's AND T&C's

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ABOUT THE STUDIO RESET

What is the Studio Reset?

The Studio Reset is the first studio clearance in Stuart Cantor Photography's ten-year history. It is an opportunity to purchase exhibition print works at reduced prices — making space for new collections coming later in 2026.

Why is this happening now?

New collections are in development. The studio reset makes space for what's coming next. Works that have been part of international exhibitions and studio inventory are being released to new homes at reduced prices rather than sitting in storage.

Will this happen again?

This is the first studio clearance in ten years. There are no plans to make it a regular event. When the stock is gone, it is gone.

THE WORKS

What is the difference between exhibition print stock and studio framed prints?

Exhibition print stock are unframed prints that have been part of Stuart Cantor exhibitions — including shows at the Marbella Club, Nobu Ibiza Bay, Eden Rock and the Mornington Peninsula. They are available as flat prints, ready to be framed in our standard specification.

What paper are the prints produced on?

All Stuart Cantor prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm — a 100% cotton rag archival paper considered the gold standard of fine art printing. It is acid-free, age-resistant and used by leading galleries and museums worldwide.

Are the prints archival quality?

Yes. All prints are produced using pigment-based inks rated to 100+ years under normal indoor display conditions. They meet museum conservation standards and are produced to the same specification as Stuart Cantor's full-price edition works.

Does each print come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every print includes a Stuart Cantor Certificate of Authenticity confirming the print title, edition number, paper specification, and Stuart's signature. The certificate accompanies the work and travels with it permanently.

What edition sizes are available?

Edition sizes and specific edition numbers are displayed on each product listing. These are genuine limited editions — once an edition closes it is not restocked. The Studio Reset may represent the last opportunity to acquire certain works.

FRAMING

Can I get my unframed print framed by Stuart Cantor Photography?

Yes. If you purchase an unframed exhibition print or select to have it framed. Framing is available at our standard framing prices.

What framing is used on the studio framed prints?

Studio framed prints are finished in museum-grade timber frames glazed with UV-protective, non-reflective conservation glass. Acid-free archival matting is used throughout. The same framing specification applies to all studio framed works.

Can I choose my frame colour for the framing service?

Yes. Frames are available in black or white.
